Start by filling out our short form with your organization's details and preferred date.

Step 2:  Approval & Date Confirmation
Our Ollie Birch team will review your submission to ensure a great fit. If approved, we’ll confirm your date or follow up with any questions.

Step 3:  Share Your Details
Once your event is approved, you’ll complete one more quick form to upload your organization’s logo, a few photos, and your drink selection (including fun names for your featured drinks).

Step 4:  Marketing Made Easy
We’ll design a complete marketing packet for you, including social media graphics, promotional text, and tips for spreading the word to your community. You’ll receive everything you need to share your event across Facebook, Instagram, email, and beyond—making it simple to maximize turnout and fundraising impact.
