  • Coordinate with organizations and participants

  • Ensure all event logistics are organized (set-up, signage, supplies)

Communication & Outreach

  • Write and schedule clear, professional emails for outreach and follow-up

  • Collaborate on marketing materials with our internal team

  • Respond promptly to incoming event-related inquiries

Administrative & Follow-Up

  • Provide post-event summaries and feedback to inform future events

  • Help with on-site event setup and support during events

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and community-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time

  • Confidence in using Canva, email, shared calendars, and Google Docs/Sheets

  • Availability to be in-store on Wednesday evenings

Hours & Compensation:

  • 5–10 hours per week, with room for flexibility

  • Some hours can be determined by the coordinator, though in-store attendance is required on Wednesdays

  • Hourly compensation based on experience

Why Work With Us:
