• Our logo and branded graphics may not be used in promotional materials without written permission.

You’re welcome to create and share your own event promotion and tag Ollie Birch. We’re happy to reshare your content when appropriate.

This helps ensure your event remains clearly yours, while maintaining brand clarity for our community.

To protect the space and ensure a positive experience for everyone:

• Outside alcohol is not permitted.

• Outside food must be pre-approved.

• Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls or furniture.

• No confetti, glitter, or open flames.

• Room use is subject to availability and at the discretion of Ollie Birch staff and scheduled events.

We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not align with our space or community standards.
